Payment in full will be required in full 6 weeks prior to hire date. The security deposit 0f £500.00 to be paid by credit card or in cash on collection of vehicle. The deposit will be returned in full (within 7 days) if the vehicle is returned in good condition, clean and with all components & accessories accounted for. Punctures, damaged tyres and windows are the responsibilty of the hirer and damages will be charged at the cost price to repair/replace. The possible causes for non return of security deposit are as follows :- Toilet cassette not cleaned and emptied - £50 Shower and toilet compartment not cleaned - £30 Fridge/freezer not cleaned - £20 Cooker hob & grill not cleaned - £20 Smoke or pet cleaning - £40 Punctured tyre - £15 Damaged tyre - (cost of repairs) Window damage - (cost of repairs) Fuel tank must be full - (cost to refill) Failure to return on time (which also invalidates the insurance) - £50 per hour.
